Hongbinlou’s skill in cooking All Mutton Banquet
Eatablished in 1853, Hongbinlou is a China’s time-honored brand featuring halal cuisins in Tianjin. In 1955 the restaurant moved into Beijing. All Mutton Banquet of Hongbinlou has been served for over one hundred years with fine cooking technique and excellent taste. Main raw materials of 108 dishes of the All Mutton Banquet are mostly taken from different parts of the sheep, but these dishes are not named with the word of “sheep”. All the dishes get a name with vivid and profound meaning instead.
