Tianfuhao’s skill in braising pork leg
Established in 1783, Tianfuhao supplied its sauced pork leg for imperial banquets during the Qing dynasty. The recipe of the shop’s sauce has been handed down for centuries, while the shop’s fame has been established around China. Over more than three hundred years, the sauced pork leg of Tianfuhao has always been famous for its selcect materials, fine skills and various kinds of processing tools. It pays much attention to the heat and time when the pork leg is braised.
