Palaeozoological Museum of China

The Palaeozoological Museum of China is the only one of its kind in China established by the Institute of Palaeovertebrates and Palaeoanthropology under the Chinese Academy of Sciences with a purpose popularizing palaeontology, palaeoecology, palaeoanthropology and evolution. It is the largest of its kind in Asia. The museum has a floor space of 3,400 square metres. The 2,200-squaremetre exhibition area and 2,000-square-metre outdoor exhibition area are opened to the public.
