Tong Chun Yuan Restaurant

Introduction: Set up in 1930, the restaurant is famous for its Jiangsu cuisine in Beijing. It’s adept in cooking seafood dishes, such as fish, shrimp and crab meat. Its dishes, mainly braised, fried, boiled, quick-fried, deep-fried or stewed, taste fresh, delicate and slightly sweet.
