Xicheng District Promotes 19 Key Projects in 21st Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium
Xicheng District Beijing-Hong Kong cooperation exchange meeting was held at the Park Lane Hong Kong A Pullman Hotel on the afternoon of November 27. The exchange meeting is one of the series of events of the 21st Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium, where Xicheng District delegation brought 30 projects with a total investment of nearly 28.3 billion yuan, showing Xicheng District’s good investment environment and bright prospects for development, especially the outstanding advantages in the financial industry and cultural innovation industry as the district is actively implementing the Beijing Urban Master Plan (2016-2035).
At the exchange meeting, Xicheng District delegation displayed Xicheng District’s good investment environment in building Xicheng District as the cultural center, serving the national financial management, expanding and opening up the service industry, and reforming and optimizing business environment, by playing promotional video, distributing promotional materials and setting up exhibition boards. Xicheng District mainly promoted 19 key projects out of the 30 projects with a total investment of nearly 28.3 billion yuan.
The key projects include Beijing Qianmen Ju, Tianqiao Performing Arts Area, Dashilan Beijing Fun, Tianning No.1 Industrial Park, Xishiku No.31 Cultural Innovation Industrial Park, etc., attracting particular attention. In addition to financial, real estate and cultural innovation projects in Xicheng District, 9 key projects in Zhangbei, Hebei, Yushu, Qinghai and Chifeng, Inner Mongolia which are supported by Xicheng District were also displayed at the exchange meeting.
From November 28 to 29, the 21st Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium was held in Hong Kong. 15 events cover scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation industry, the construction of Beijing’s administrative "sub-center" and many fields, held to promote economic and trade exchange and cooperation between Beijing and Hong Kong.
